Alright so there's this girl that i work with and i've known for quite some time now. I'm really into her and she flirts a lot and seems into me too. But shes with another guy who doesn't really treat her right. What do i do?I need some advice about this girl!!! Answer anyone?

It's always best to be the friend who cares, because she'll slowly start to realize that she has someone who really cares for her, don't try to get into her relationship (i mean telling her how you feel, that you could be better, etc.) that always makes us push you away, for some reason. I was going through a lot of bad times with my boyfriend and had this friend who was always there for me, after i broke up with him I started talking more and more to my friend and then we ended up going out... after 4 years of us going out, we began to go through a lot of rough patches, I then had another friend who began to be there for me, but a lot of times he tried to kiss me when all I wanted was a hug from someone, or he would tell me to break up with my boyfriend, that he would treat me better.. that made me back away from him, and when my boyfriend found out about him, he began getting mad every time I would talk to him, so I completely began to ignore him.. now my boyfriend is my fiance, we are doing really good together, and I haven't heard from my friend in years... So if you really want something good with her.. do what my fiance did to win me over.. be her friend first. Good luck and hope my long story was of any use to you :D
SHOW her how she can be treated!! Its perfect it will show her wat shes missing out on. Bring her breakfast to work or something sweet like that then she will appreciate you even more and next thing you know you should tell her how you feel and see if all you've been doing for her has impressed her enough to leave that jerk. :) good luck
I would wait for her to come to her senses and dump the guy. Meanwhile, you should continue to be nice and readily available for any conversation that she may need. Again, please wait until she's free until you become involved with her, because she won't be able to choose between the two of you. (She'll always be going back and forth.) Just my opinion.

actually, I had this same thing happen and the girl ended up getting really hurt, so you should definitely ask her out because there are a lot of jerks out there who don't deserve these girls.

Just get to know her and be there for as a friend. Trust me I am a girl I know. Eventually she will realize he is a jerk and when that time comes she will realize who is still around.
