I need to know of there is any way custody would be granted to a father who paralyzed from the waist down. The woman he lives with, who als othe mother of the children, is very neglectful of him. He does all the cooking and cleaning and he takes care of the kids. She does not help him with anything, she barely even takes him to his appointments, his family calls and she hangs the phone up on them. He has to bathe himself, the only thing keeping him there with her are his kids. Can anything be done so that he can leave and have his kids?I'm looking for some advice about custody situations...?
If he's already taking care of the children then why wouldn't they? If he is financially able to care for them also then it shouldn't be a problem.
He should be prepared to prove that he is the one taking care of the children and have people ready to testify to that fact.
