I'm afraid Bush hasn't ever been a good listener, so he has been unable to detect that the one answering his questions is really that OTHER guy, whose voice sounds a lot like God's, and who is very persuasive, and who is a great ventriloquist, but whose advice is always very very very very bad.

Bush did the wrong thing. Bush stop the war on terror to invade Iraq for a personal reason. (Yes I do believe Bush wanted to kill Saddam because of his hit out on Bush Jr). Once we took down Saddam, Bush had no plan. Did God speak to Bush, well if he did Bush should be in the loony been.
