I need some advice about when this girl and I hang out again?.........?

I have been friends with this girl who I have known for a year now. She is really fun to hang out with and I'm hopeing that one day me and her can take our friendship to the next level. I want to make our next time we hang out is the most fun she has ever had and to show her that I would be a good boyfriend. I don't have a lot of money right now (45.00) is that enough for a decent dinner at a restaurant? She is a really outgoing person, and I'm more reserved. BTW she is 18 years old and I'm 19 years old. I don't want to freak her out with being all romantic, but what are some fun things to do on a date? We have hung out before and we usually just drive around and talk and have a good time, but I need some ideas about making our ';date'; more fun. I know she likes soccer, music, shopping, movies, rollercoasters, mexican food, chinese food, and other girl stuff. When we hang out we are most likely going to hang out at night. Any advice about what I should wear, etc.

all man you have it made with this girl . sense she already enjoys your company as u say then pleasing her shouldnt be hard at all . u could take her to a movie then go get chinese food and maybe still have some money left over,, then maybe u 2 could just chill some where and talk about the nite or other things.. as far as something to wear , jus where sumthing relaxed yet presentable . i hope i helped you,, jus paly it smooth and dont worry about the extra headache stuff , jus enjoy yourself and herI need some advice about when this girl and I hang out again?.........?
i think u should take her to the beach at night and bring a big box of oreo or chocolate chip ice cream and eat it together!! right from the BOX while talkin and that way u can tell her how u feel!
