So I have a thing with this guy and he likes me, but I know for a fact I like him more than he likes me. Anyways he says I am beautiful and pretty ETC but I get extremely jealous when he hangs out with his girl friends because they are alot prettier than me. I am not ugly or anything but I definitely feel like they are better looking. And sometimes I wonder why he likes me and not them. Because he could easily get one of them. Is this common? Do alot of girls feel this way sometimes?Any advice about a jealously problem? I NEED HELP!?
Its because you're insecure. About yourself and your hold on him.
Yes, a lot of girls do and have felt this way and relationships. Its about gaining self-worth and trust that he likes you.
you need to realize that any guy should be lucky to have you. if you're questioning why he even chose you in the first place, maybe that energy will rub off on him and make him change his mind?
Own yourself. your life.
let him hang with other girls. you're not dating. keyword his friends';. you probably have guy friends or if u did would you be droolin over every single one? i doubt it. so think about it that way. and collect some confidence.
you are amazing. be you and he will realize even more why he likes you.Any advice about a jealously problem? I NEED HELP!?
OMG get over yourself!!! he like you because you are you! the other girls obviously dont do it for him. the is no need to be jealous and in fact that will push him towards the other girls. he obviously thinks that you are the nicest looking girl he knows or he would NOT be with u. if u continue to carry on with this he WILL leave u. it is OK for u to be jealous just keep it to yourself as ost men do NOT find it to be an attractive trait in a woman. men (as well as women) find the opposite sex attractive for differrent reasons. STOP BEING A JEALOUS GIRLFRIEND of he will leave.
Listen, as you grow older you'll become more aware that in the end beauty does not necessarily mean brightness and happiness. There are so many types of personalities out there and many of them just dont ';click';. Sometime you might meet the hottest guy on earth and you just wish he could be your boyfriend one day, but then you speak to him a little and then a little more and you realize you can't stand the way he perceives certain (important) things. Then, if you dont think it's worth changing your views because of him and he thinks the same you'll always be in a battle with each other, so a relationship is not possible...no matter how much you wanted it to be and no matter how good he looked in your eyes. The point, beauty is not all.

Your advice about two wines, Italian prosecco and Spanish cava...? and in addition: Italian vin santo ...?
Hi ...
I recently read nice things about these wines.....indicating that they were
pleasant ... and a really nice drink ....
Could you give your opinion of them -
I am looking for something new to drink....
so far, I like
champagne
asti spumante
dubonnet rouge
vodka %26amp; tonic with lime
and I am edging towards beaujolais ....
thank you very muchYour advice about two wines, Italian prosecco and Spanish cava...? and in addition: Italian vin santo ...?
Italian Prosecco and Spanish Cava are much like champagne. They are dry to off-dry sparkling wines. If you like champagne, you will like them.
Vin Santo is an Italian desert wine that is fairly sweet and has an orange sort of aroma. It is slightly oxidized (a bit like a raisin) and is nice with a dunked biscotti and a cup of espresso.
I think you would like them! Also, try Moscato di Asti... it is low alcohol. slightly lemony, with just a slight frizzante of carbon dioxide. Great summer drink!Your advice about two wines, Italian prosecco and Spanish cava...? and in addition: Italian vin santo ...?
Don't know about the latter, but Cava is usually a dry sparkling white wine, very easy and cleansing on the pallet
I'm an Amarone fan myself. Probably the best glass of wine I've ever had.
prosecco is the italian version of champagne, and usually made of chardonnay. it is far smoother than cava, and compares well with quite expensive champagnes. have a go.
I would be tempted by all three and take them in turn i.e.
one day Italian prosecco, the next Spanish cava and
finally Italian vin santo, and continue the sequence until
until you find another favourite.
Beaujolais ... hmph.... I opened up a nice bottle of chianti the other day that went down very nicely.
I'm also partial to Cabernet's for the body and depth.
If you like Asti Spumante you will certainly like Cava. Prosecco too, very possibly.
Vin Santo is a very sweet wine, usually drunk in tiny quantities with (or as) dessert; often with biscuits to dunk in it. You'll probably like it, but it's not something to order if you just fancy a drink!

Need advice about pomeranian puppies!!!!! help everyone?
okay my mom bought me a pomeranian puppy the person she got it from told her not to feed my pomeranian any food with chicken does that make any sense? other dogs get to eat chicken i need pet advice bad because i kinda slipped and fed her chicken treats and she loves it i also have foods like lamb and rice which were recommended by the breeder but i dont understand... helpNeed advice about pomeranian puppies!!!!! help everyone?
The concern with chicken is most usually the bones. Just don't feed her any chick with bone in. I am a former veterinary assistant, and in my experience the vet never deterred chicken in a diet unless the dog was allergic to it. THe only way to know this is through allergy testing. I recommend you actually discuss diet and treats and feeding schedule with your veterinarian. Your vet will recommend a diet and schedule in the best interest of your growing puppy, and that will best support housebreaking, which is particularly difficult with small breeds. Also ask about crate training, which caters to a dog's natural instinct to den. Sometimes breeders recommend some really off the wall things, and the recommendations will vary extremely from one breeder to the next.Need advice about pomeranian puppies!!!!! help everyone?
Thanks for choosing my answer. Good luck with your puppy!
I used to breed Pomeranians, and have never heard that they shouldn't eat chicken.
I did a search for breeders feeding Poms chicken and got many results recommending it: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en%26amp;rls=G鈥?/a>
All I can figure is that an allergy to chicken is running it that breeder's bloodlines. However, if a dog is allergic to chicken, they have other major allergy problems.
I think the breeder may have been referring to bones. Poms do choke easily.
A friend of mine has a Pom and she loves chicken and eats it often. I have never heard that it is bad for them. This particular dog may have an allergy or something so if I were you, I would call the breeder and ask why she can't have chicken.
I own a pomeranian and I've not heard that chicken is bad for them. I also know some other pomeraninan owners who have fed their pets chicken and had no problems. Be sure you don't give them cooked chicken bones though as they tend to splinter and can caught their throat and stomach and could even lead to death. I'm sure your pom will be just fine and if you are that concerned with it just cut it out of her diet.
Hi!
I have a Pomeranian too, and I've never heard that my dog can't have chicken- although she is allergic to corn. Is there any way you can call the breeder and see if there was a specific reason she said this? Otherwise, if there wasn't a problem when you gave her the treats, I don't see a problem with giving her chicken :)
I have never herd that Pomeranian cant eat chicken i used to have a Pomeranian and the vet told me that it is good for the Pomeranian to eat chicken so dont worry nothing is going to happen to your Pomeranian puppy.mascara

Hi, i'm thinking of buying an ET8600 Treadmill, does anyone have any advice about this product?
Sounds like a walk in the park!!Hi, i'm thinking of buying an ET8600 Treadmill, does anyone have any advice about this product?
I think if you're getting equipment...get an elliptical....it takes less time to walk a mile on an elliptical than on a tread mill and it works more muscles....Hi, i'm thinking of buying an ET8600 Treadmill, does anyone have any advice about this product?
Buy a used one there are are plenty of them out there because very few people who buy them use them. So save a few bucks.
Perfect, I had a treadmill and I used it every other day for 6 months, 30mins a time. I lost the flab felt fitter looked better, it is easier on your legs than jogging and you do it indoors. I sold it when I moved and miss it but there is no room for it in my bungalow. By the way I am a senior citzen. So good luck you won`t regret it.
i suggest you go to the gym instead of buying excercise equipment

Do male coworkers hate when female coworkers know more about something or give them advice?
just curiousDo male coworkers hate when female coworkers know more about something or give them advice?
You would have to ask every male co-worker that same question. Every person is different, and that includes men.Do male coworkers hate when female coworkers know more about something or give them advice?
It really depends on circumstances and personalities (someone's make-up). I (female) am on my own with my boss (male) in the department. We have our differences (sometimes big) because he is ';my boss'; and wants to keep it that way, but at the same time I feel he really depends on me because I can see the details while he just goes through issues without thinking things through, and then things go wrong. Then it's up to me to correct them. I can see him squirm whenever he has to ask me for help, and also when I advise on why something isn't working and how it might work. I've worked with him for 7 years now, and I suppose we can work together, but I don't like it when he gets the laurels for what I have done and even worse, when he drags me down with him when things don't go well.
Yes, but....................
they'll feel that way any ways be it male or female who demonstrates superior knowledge !
The trick is to not let it bug you ! One ought to look at such circumstances as an opportunity to demonstrate how open-minded you are to others' ideas and inputs, a chance to show willingness, cooperation and dedication to your common goals.
In the long run your own remuneration/promotion/longevity may depend more heavily on your ';fitting in'; than on some special knowledge you may happen to possess----besides with attention paid in the right places and enough drive defficiencies of knowledge can be overcome---doing so demonstatrates iniative and is a laudable sign of character !
There are some people in this world who erroneously think they know more about something and then try to force their misguided advice on others.
If you are feeling that people are disliking your ';knowledge'; and ';advice'; perhaps you should really verify your information.
I think it depends on the coworker. We all hate the know-it-all, but often feel grateful when we get advice from a well experienced person.
Nah! we are mostly happy a girl is talking to us XD. But if the girl is just trying to be a no-it-all then yea, or rub it in our faces then yea.
Only if they are obnoxious about it. I practice gentle correction and don't mind the taste of it myself. But I hate jack ars*s male or female.

Some advice about new job, and the contracts?
hello, I am a new member of the working class and will work as a teacher in English .if you were me and received the comfirmed letter as follow, what more crucial and important questions would you ask from the company?
It is with great pleasure that we offer you a position at ******company. This letter is to confirm the offer of employment made to you by *****School. In summary, our offer terms are as follows:
鈥?Start Date: **********
鈥?Title: Teacher
鈥?Salary package: ********before probation, ******* after probation (Gross)
鈥?Manager: Director
鈥?Holiday: 9 days for the first year, 13days for the second year, 16 days for the third year
鈥?Other benefits: According to state regulations
Please sign below as an acceptance of this offer. Once we receive this signed offer letter, we will prepare a formal setsigned offer letter, we will prepare a formal set of contracts and documents, in both English and *******for you to sign when you are on board. Some advice about new job, and the contracts?
The most critical for you will be to get a detailed description and cost of the the benefit package to which you are entitled in accordance iwth ';state regulations.'; Does it include health care benefits? Are these fully paid by the employer or do you have to pay a portion? Are a variety of plans available to choose from? For example HMO vs. Preferred Provider. If you have a family will you be able to insure your spouse and children under the plan.
Is there a pension plan paid at least partly by the State? How does it work? How long do you have to work to get some vested right in the plan? Generally, what percentage of your salary can you expect to receive at the termination of your career?
Does the job offer dental insurance?
You may also want to explore the dynamics of the particular school. What is the turn over ratio? How are teaching assignments structured? Team teaching? What resources are available? Why have teachers left for other schools or positions? Hope this helps a little. Some advice about new job, and the contracts?
is this a new post or has the previous teacher left (if so, why?)
please clarify my responsibilities (they may seem obvious but you can't make any assumptions)
sooner or later a student will not accept the authority of his teacher, what are the procedures I should follow when this happens?
how will my performance be measured? I am keen to succeed.
Does the school have a mentoring programme for new teachers?
(personally, if this were my first job offer I would just take it to get the experience)
Looks to be a standard offer letter. 9 days vacation (as a starting teacher) sounds good to me.
If you're comfortable with the pay and you want to work at the school, then sign it.
Also, is this a public or private school? If its a public school you'll also be paying dues into the teachers' union.
Looks okay except that nothing is mentioned about your responsibilities. This might, however, be incorporated in the contract you will sign.
Peace and blessings!

I'm thinking about entering a grenade eating contest, any advice?
All the kids in my school are doing it; it's become so popular.
Any advice?I'm thinking about entering a grenade eating contest, any advice?
Well, the best advice I can give you is keep your wits about you and use your mind (Seeing as you'll soon lose it, anyway :D). Remember, pineapple grenades are heavier and their case is dimpled, so it would make them harder to swallow. The old time grenades on a stick/handle are out of the question, seeing as choking to death in a grenade eating contest would be a lame way of losing.
Your best bet is to stick with ';Baseball'; grenades, seeing as they're smaller and have a smooth case. Just remember to eat them as a whole. Taking a bite would probably ruin your teeth (Not that it would be a worry, anyway) and totally harsh up your winning photo (The one they'll allow to be released, since all others will be rated ';R';).
Swallowing them whole would be a better option for another reason, as well. You don't risk losing a pin and losing in the first round/wave. Remember to drink plenty of water, or gasoline (Which ever you prefer) to wash them down. Yes, grenades can be awfully dry, especially if they're out of season.
If you should remove a pin, during mid-swallow, or stomach acid hits the primer, remember one thing: Smile, wave to the crowd, blow a kiss to your mother..... and reach out and hug someone for at LEAST five seconds! Have fun, and I hope you win! :D
