Buy a used one there are are plenty of them out there because very few people who buy them use them. So save a few bucks.
Perfect, I had a treadmill and I used it every other day for 6 months, 30mins a time. I lost the flab felt fitter looked better, it is easier on your legs than jogging and you do it indoors. I sold it when I moved and miss it but there is no room for it in my bungalow. By the way I am a senior citzen. So good luck you won`t regret it.
i suggest you go to the gym instead of buying excercise equipment
