I really need some good advice about this guys behavior?

ok heres a long story shortened. i met this guy at work he knows i have a bf i have been with for 5 years but things r getting really bad. we started out as friends and got closer. we ended up sleeping together one night and at work he always call me babe or come up with cute little nicknames for me and i do for him. he bought me a bracelet when he went on vacation and called me every day ect. well for the last 3 months all this has been going on but every few weeks he gets real weird and barely will talk to me and acts diffrently towards me like he wont call me babe or say anything sweet and acts like a stranger towards me. well last week i went on vacation and the first 3 days he texted me saying how much he missed me and missed my smile ect. i came back to work today and i immediatly said hi to him and said i missed him so much and he just said yeah me too and barely talked to me the whole day. then we he left for the night he just said hey have a good night there.I really need some good advice about this guys behavior?
He doen't like the fact you have a boyfriend. I don't like the fact either if you're messing around with this guy. Breakup with the boyfriend if you want but don't act like a whore and sleep around behind his back.I really need some good advice about this guys behavior?
I believe he is in a very confused state of mind right now, and he doesn't know how to cope with it. it sounds like he really likes you but knows that he can't be with you because you are seeing someone else. And because you guys have slept together, actions like that really change things, especially when you guys work together. My thought is that he thinks you two can never be anything more than a fling because you do have a boyfriend. And this little wired situation you guys have going will only stop if you sit down and have a really serious conversation with him. You need to work something out with him, if you are not going to leave your current boyfriend for him, i don't think its fair for you two keep seeing him or calling him anything other than a friend, but if you want to be with him, than be with him and leave your boyfriend. It's just not fair to him or your boyfriend(who probably doesn't know) for this love triangle to live on.





DO something fast, it's not gonna get better, just worst.
