What advice can you give me about this?

As i always do i go to GYM daily and i carry weights always,i train every way that i could able to do, but still i have small muscles,sometimes when i am in gym my muscles get bigger but when i come out the gym after 20minutes i just go back the way i was.


i eat food with a different types, i take rest also. but still nothing


changes, plz tell me the best way that i can get a big muscles and to maintain my body?What advice can you give me about this?
Go have lots of Sex, smoke a few joints and eat burgers all day.What advice can you give me about this?
your over doing your weights. your arms are small muscles so it doesnt require alot of heavy lifting. you need to get into a routine as well you have to include your legs and stomach. reason for this is when you do your legs your promoting growth and also giving your arms a rest so they can get stronger. if you type into google yo will be able to find a good routine to follow.
This is not the right spot to post this and you need to go into the weights on this questions because this is not about relationships or friends at all!
