I need some legal advice about me losing my job?

my job says zero tolerance for voilence i had a recording from a co-worker who told me she would f me up i let the office hear it and they didnt fire her because they said they didnt have a stong enough paper trail and that she would be able to file unemployment, so the girls at my job didnt like that and they dont like me so another staff took something that belong to me and i asked her about it she got mad and got with the other girls and went to the office saying that i said i was gonna f her up for taking something that belong to me which was not true at all so the office had them writting statemnts and then they fired me they said they had 5 statemnts and only 2 people work on a shift and the other thing is that the office told me they would'nt stop me from getting another job i can say i quit put them down for a supervisor and they'll say what i want them to say my cousin said something is wrong and i need some advice she told me to go get un-employment please help me.I need some legal advice about me losing my job?

You need to contact an employment attorney. Something doesn't sound right to me.
Definitely consult an employment attorney, use your internet or yellow pages. Hopefully you kept records of all of the things that were happing and the dates, as well as, the tape recording. Because without records, your case my be hard to prove.
