I need some advice about a girl?

ok i just started liking this girl who goes to my church, she is a senior, really awesome, we always sit together and talk, joke and what not... (her father died about a year ago) i dk if she might like me or not..., and even if she does should i ask her out and how would i go about asking her out without making it really awkward...

Say something like this, ';Hey (put name here) i heard (put name of movie here) was alright, wanna catch it with me?'; She will know it's a date (since she is a senior in high school). if your good friends don't ruin that unless your 100% sure by asking her out it'll make things very awkward again
ask her out! if she is already a friend then its perfect!
