What advice does anyone in their 30's have about a woman feeling nervous talking to a guy she likes?

I have recently got some good signs that a guy I like may be interested. I haven't seen him since April, but will in the coming weeks (have had some online interaction, just recently). I am afraid of feeling all nervous and tongue tied the next time I see him. Men particularly, and women, any advice about this? I will feel very silly if I end up nervous around him.

I totally can relate to how you feel. The same thing happens to me sometimes. The best thing to do is not to overanalyze everything in your head. Stop thinking about it so much. Then, you can't be nervous when the moment comes because you didn't over-think it.
